Titles of my classes (yoga for the Performers):
-Recognition of body subjective are as and ways of using these subjective are as in yoga figures and other physical methods.
-Recognition of pelvis joints as the heaviest body bone and understanding effects of pelvis bone movement in different positions for ease and health.
-proper standing-proper sitting-proper laying down to reach a neutral state in playing and preventing body injuries.
-using body organs seperately to create understanding and then preventing untidy performance on the scene.
-reaching to absolute motionless by doing movements and creating different figures,and then understanding the meaning of movement.
  
-perception of various feeling through paying attention to breath rhythms and keeping them in memory to convert unconscious feeling to conscious ones
-promotion of strength and endurance in physical tensions through slowing down movements in difficult figures.
-achieving absolute harmony in the whole body through physical practices a long with inhalation and exhalation rhythm .
-releasing
-balance (body control over mind and vice versa) .
-concentration on body actions and interactive effects of body actions on breath and feelings.

-Effects of breathing techniques:

--physical:increasing thevolume oflungs,reinforcing diaphragm
-mental:making vacuum in lungs, understanding the feeling of no need to breath ( inhalation and exhalation ), forming
